Salary: $162,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term technical vision for the cloud platform and advise leadership on architectural strategy and investment priorities.
• Establish organizational standards for cloud reliability, observability (SLO/SLI frameworks), and incident management practices.
• Own the developer experience roadmap to optimize self-service infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Identify and mitigate systemic risks in AWS infrastructure and IaC practices before they become incidents.
• Translate complex infrastructure risks and platform strategies into business-aligned narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, modeling a culture of engineering rigor and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of cloud platform or infrastructure engineering experience with demonstrated organizational-level impact.
• Expert knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, Transit Gateway, RDS, S3, and IAM.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and IaC platform leadership, including policy-as-code and module strategy.
• Proven track record in SLO/SLI design and centralized observability at production scale.
• Must permanently reside in the United States full-time.
