What you will do

• Enhance the developer experience by maintaining tools and processes to sustain development cadence.
• Support CI/CD efforts to ensure secure and efficient code delivery.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to implement secure configurations and hardened baselines.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for system visibility and traceability.
• Ensure strict compliance with government security standards, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
• Develop incident response protocols and associated playbooks.

Requirements

• Current active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, cloud, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Strong proficiency in DevSecOps principles, CI/CD automation, and secure development.
• Experience with AWS (preferred) and/or Azure cloud environments and IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Nice to have

• Experience with security compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture principles.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile collaboration.
• Prior experience supporting law enforcement or Department of Justice (DOJ) customers.
