DevOps Lead, Cloud Automation & Reliability (SaaS): Leading a team of SREs to build and maintain a global SaaS digital workspace platform with an accent on cloud automation, system reliability, and scalability. Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA or Mountain View, CA). Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the office location.
Salary: $134,400 - $280,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of site reliability engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
- Lead hands-on technical problem solving, design reviews, and architecture discussions to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions and reduce operational toil via automation.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD processes, configuration management, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Define and deliver against team-level SLOs for automation, deployments, and service reliability.
- Balance project priorities and timelines to ensure effective execution of technical initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership.
- 5+ years of experience with customer-facing SaaS services and global-scale AWS infrastructure.
- Strong development background in Python, Ruby, or a similar language.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
- Proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.
