What you will do

• Identify critical audio and voice AI needs through deep engagement with strategic customers to locate their biggest pain points.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure AI technology fits seamlessly into customer products and operations.
• Build and deliver compelling demos and prototypes using Python and API integrations.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to translate field insights into software and AI model improvements.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners, coordinating with their engineering and executive teams.
• Scope out potential applications in new industries to expand AI solutions globally.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity (including student clubs or side projects).
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for implementing scripts and prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to summarize complex technical concepts using logic.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI models and their applications.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases.
