Lead Agentic SDLC Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build AI assistants and agents for backlog refinement, code generation, code review, testing, and software delivery.
• Turn GenAI prototypes into robust, reusable, production-ready capabilities that scale across teams and organizations.
• Design scalable GenAI systems and agent architectures, including APIs, event-driven systems, and AI workflows.
• Define ways to measure the value of AI-enabled engineering capabilities and improve developer experience through integrated tooling.
• Make architectural trade-offs across speed, scalability, governance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Coach engineers and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps engineering, ML engineering, or data science.
• End-to-end software engineering experience across discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, and production operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Strong coding skills, experience building products from scratch, and practical experience with coding agents or agentic development tools.
• Experience delivering software securely and reliably, with a strong understanding of testing, deployment, observability, security, and production readiness.
• Strong communication, mentoring, ownership, experimentation, and Agile collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Side projects, prototypes, hobby builds, or open-source contributions demonstrating a maker mindset.
• Experience with GenAI workflows, prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI-powered development tooling.
• Experience in large-scale engineering environments or regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or insurance.
