AI Enablement Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid, with office attendance at least two days per week

What you will do

• Lead AI enablement programs that build organizational AI maturity and accelerate adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.
• Partner with business leaders to assess workflows, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, and evaluate them for impact, feasibility, and responsible AI practices.
• Build and coach an AI Mentor network that drives adoption and surfaces learning needs and use cases across functions.
• Design and deliver workshops, enablement experiences, self-paced learning, practical guidance, and reusable AI resources.
• Own the Product & Engineering onboarding program and translate enterprise learning initiatives into relevant experiences for technical audiences.
• Measure AI maturity, adoption, solution delivery, and the business impact of AI enablement investments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions, including agents and automated workflows, to solve business problems.
• Experience assessing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities through AI and automation.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and coach employees in adopting AI and new ways of working.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading enablement sessions.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Brussels office at least two days each week.
