What you will do

• Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the full funnel, including activation, onboarding, SEO, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation and analysis.
• Develop applied AI systems, such as classifiers for high-intent segments and AI-driven onboarding surfaces.
• Launch vertical-specific experiences for target segments like students and enterprise organizations.
• Optimize core metrics including activation rate, paid conversion, and habit formation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Applied AI teams to translate behavioral signals into product surfaces.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full-stack skills with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Eppo, Statsig).
• Proficiency with SQL and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong product judgment and ownership instincts.
• Genuine interest and active adoption of AI products.

Nice to have

• Experience on growth or lifecycle teams at a consumer or PLG SaaS company.
• Experience productionizing ML models for ranking or personalization.
• Knowledge of SEO or lifecycle marketing tooling.
• Familiarity with subscription billing and paywall experimentation.
• Experience with mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) and app store guidelines.
