What you will do

• Lead a unit of ~30 engineers across multiple teams through team leads.
• Define unit strategy, priorities, and execution plans for Marketing Automation, Bring-a-Friend, and Telesales platforms.
• Drive backend architecture decisions and long-term technical direction for services in Golang.
• Scale engineering teams, processes, and organizational structure in a high-growth environment.
• Develop team leads and strengthen leadership capabilities across the unit.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders to prioritize investments and maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple teams through managers or leads.
• 4+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Golang.
• Strong technical background with the ability to drive architecture discussions and technical strategy.
• Proven track record of improving delivery predictability and execution quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
