What you will do

• Audit and optimize the SDLC to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, accelerating Time-to-Market (TTM).
• Design and implement engineering and project frameworks to ensure predictable and transparent feature delivery.
• Act as the primary technical partner for the CPO, PMs, and Designers to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpoint and optimize resource allocation.
• Synchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Validate product requirements against technical feasibility and present strategies and risks to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SDLC setup, optimization, and advanced Delivery Management.
• Strong command of project frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven experience managing modern high-load tech stacks: distributed architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, k8s, and CI/CD.
• Strong architectural understanding to map business requirements to technical execution plans.
• Fluent Russian language proficiency.
• Solid software development background.
