What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of TBM initiatives to ensure alignment with ITBF priorities and federal regulations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of technical architects and analysts to drive Apptio solution adoption.
• Establish governance processes and manage risks and change requests to ensure quality and compliance.
• Create executive-level dashboards and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience specifically managing IT financial management projects.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.
• Familiarity with Apptio or TBM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the DC Metro Area.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies.
• Experience working within an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
