Deputy Project Manager

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate employee activities, schedules, and priorities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Provide direct oversight and management to ensure duties are accomplished effectively.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project schedules and workload.
• Equip staff with necessary tools, training, and skills for independent completion of tasks.
• Monitor and ensure staff compliance with established quality plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of recent relevant experience.
• Proven people leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer-facing skills and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
