What you will do

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly account reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Compile financial data for internal reporting and contract-related tracking.

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Must be able to operate within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
