What you will do

• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for semiconductor roles via direct outreach and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Maintain ATS accuracy to support compliance and data-driven decisions.
• Advise stakeholders on talent strategy and recruiting best practices.
• Guide hiring managers on interview processes and ATS tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor or hardware environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for IC design, analog/mixed-signal, DSP, or embedded systems.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to access technical data without an export license.
