What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Manage job boards, assist with sourcing, and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the offer process, including drafting offer letters and routing approvals.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps, including background checks and new hire communications.
  • Maintain pipeline and bench data for upcoming roles and proposal efforts.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in government contracting or proposal-based environments.
  • Familiarity with ClearCompany ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
