TL;DR

Technical Product Enablement Manager (AI): Building and scaling the technical enablement engine for Deployment Strategists to accelerate customer impact and ramp time with an accent on onboarding curricula and deployment playbooks. Focus on formalizing training for system integrators, building customer certification mechanisms, and translating complex AI product capabilities into actionable field assets.

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $180K – $230K + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and scale the DS enablement program, including training, certifications, and technical education.
  • Translate complex AI product capabilities into clear deployment playbooks and best practices.
  • Formalize training for system integrators (SIs) and future partners.
  • Develop a structured training and certification program for customers hiring dedicated hirify.global Engineers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and DS leadership to prepare the team for new capability deployments.
  • Identify friction points in the deployment lifecycle to create assets that accelerate time-to-value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical enablement or customer-facing deployment experience at a high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Technical background: CS or engineering degree, or prior experience as a deployment engineer/strategist.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
