What you will do

• Lead the US-based Core Lab Imaging Services team, managing personnel, execution, budget, and capacity.
• Oversee daily operational targets and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on gap analysis.
• Develop and monitor the long-term strategy for US Imaging Services and contribute to departmental OKRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Research, to optimize scan lifecycle workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to training, process, and quality standards to achieve right-first-time results.
• Design and approve scalable operational workflows and career pathways for the department.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical, management, or business field.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado, United States.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, fast-paced operations, or process optimization.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) regulatory environments.
• Proven capability in strategic people leadership and driving performance via KPIs.
• Technical knowledge of CCTA workflows, scan acquisition protocols, or advanced post-processing (Preferred).
