What you will do

• Act as the primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings, tracking action items, and distributing status reports.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with clients, vendors, and internal legal and planning departments.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource, time, and budget estimates for all milestones.
• Provide custom reporting, monthly dashboards, and manage metrics and SPI.
• Use AI tools to evaluate contract compliance and identify deviations from templates.
• Maintain project schedules and calendars in coordination with transition leads.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work on W2 in the United States.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and data analysis.
• 2-4 years of experience in contract compliance using AI tools.
• Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or Workbook LM for reporting and document comparison.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
