Manager of Customer Success (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of technical advisors to drive customer value realization and business growth for enterprise cybersecurity clients with an accent on technical engagement excellence and scalable engagement models. Location: Must be local to the Tampa Bay area of Florida (Hybrid: 1-2 days in office)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of technical advisors focusing on post-sale success for strategic and channel accounts.
- Implement outcome-based success strategies aligning platform capabilities with customer security goals and KPIs.
- Oversee strategic account planning and build executive relationships to drive renewals and expansions.
- Act as a senior escalation leader for high-impact issues, collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering.
- Define and track success metrics for engagement and adoption to refine team processes and forecast capacity.
- Advocate for customer needs to influence internal product roadmaps and prioritization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing technical success or account teams.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including EDR, XDR, MDR, and SIEM.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, and Zendesk.
- Ability to connect technical engagement with tangible business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling a Customer Success function.
- Background working with MSPs or channel partners.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or SANS.
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
