What you will do

  • Own the enterprise community-based learning strategy, including mentoring, sponsorship, and peer coaching.
  • Serve as the global MentorcliQ Platform Owner, managing governance, strategy alignment, and platform health.
  • Act as a Diversity & Belonging consultant for the EMEA region, partnering with Legal, People Experience, and Employee Relations.
  • Provide expert guidance on sensitive topics including neurodiversity, mental health, wellbeing, and accessibility.
  • Define success metrics and report on program impact to drive organizational culture and leadership capability.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (typically 12+ years) in DEI, learning and development consulting, and program management.
  • Deep knowledge of UK equality and diversity legislation (Equality Act 2010) and European equivalents.
  • Proven ability to design and scale complex, multi-stakeholder programs at an enterprise level.
  • Experience owning mentoring platforms with enterprise governance responsibility.
  • Experience working in both UK-based organizations and global companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
