What you will do

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Partnerships to ensure strategic priorities are met.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, including pricing, measurement frameworks, and new product development.
• Establish and maintain program governance, visibility, and operating rhythms to ensure efficient milestone delivery.
• Produce high-quality communications and updates for senior stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Design and evolve scalable ways of working, incorporating AI tooling to improve governance and delivery speed.
• Contribute to the evolution of the operating model for the media division.

Requirements

• Established background in Program or Project Management at a senior level with experience in cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience owning commercially-focused outcomes with a direct impact on revenue or partner spend.
• Track record of operating in start-up or scale-up environments, capable of creating structure in ambiguous situations.
• Strong understanding of technical teams and dependencies to effectively partner with Product and Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for board-quality reporting.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Leicestershire or London offices.
