What you will do

• Embed and integrate Habito suppliers into the hirify.global third-party risk management framework.
• Design and implement operational processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve business objectives.
• Apply risk and control expertise to navigate complex, highly regulated environments.
• Balance strategic governance with hands-on administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of risk management best practices across the group.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong experience in third-party risk management within highly regulated sectors, ideally banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of outsourcing regulations and risk frameworks.
• Proficiency in Cyber, Information Security, and Data Risk Management.
• Proven ability to deliver sustainable process improvements in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
