Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 Annually

What you will do

• Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and document analysis.
• Analyze business processes and system interactions to establish current and future state baselines.
• Develop technical documentation including requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to ensure requirements align with technical constraints and mission objectives.
• Conduct bundling analyses to determine optimal contract action strategies.
• Assist government leads in shaping acquisition packages like PWSs and SOOs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and 15 years of experience (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical product management.
• Experience translating technical requirements into acquisition-ready documentation (PWS, SOO).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting federal government contracting or acquisition.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal health IT environments (VA, DoD, HHS, CMS).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, v2, and DICOM.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, FAC-COR, or DAWIA.
• Exposure to EHR platforms like Oracle Health/Cerner or Epic.
