Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, core hours 8 AM - 5 PM ET).
Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 Annually

What you will do
- Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and document analysis.
- Analyze business processes and system interactions to establish current and future state baselines.
- Develop technical documentation including requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to ensure requirements align with technical constraints and mission objectives.
- Conduct bundling analyses to determine optimal contract action strategies.
- Assist government leads in shaping acquisition packages like PWSs and SOOs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and 15 years of experience (or equivalent).
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical product management.
- Experience translating technical requirements into acquisition-ready documentation (PWS, SOO).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting federal government contracting or acquisition.
Nice to have
- Experience in federal health IT environments (VA, DoD, HHS, CMS).
- Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, v2, and DICOM.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, FAC-COR, or DAWIA.
- Exposure to EHR platforms like Oracle Health/Cerner or Epic.
