What you will do

• Execute regional marketing events, trade shows, and webinars across the US and LATAM.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, registrations, travel, and onsite support.
• Track event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation.
• Manage lead capture processes and prepare post-event reporting and ROI assessments.
• Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to align event activities with business priorities.
• Coordinate branded merchandise and promotional materials for regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 4–5+ years of experience in event management or event marketing.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating external vendors and agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
