TL;DR

Director, GTM (Media & Entertainment): Driving commercial execution and scaling strategic partnerships for an AI cloud platform with an accent on the media and entertainment vertical. Focus on building the partner ecosystem, defining go-to-market narratives, and operationalizing commercial frameworks to make AI infrastructure the default for M&E clients.

Location: Remote from the United States (NYC, SFO, or Austin preferred)

Salary: $285,000 - $350,000 USD OTE + equity

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with strategic technology partners and named accounts within the M&E sector.
  • Discover and qualify new partnership opportunities across advertising, content creation, and AI-native businesses.
  • Translate AI infrastructure capabilities into partner-ready narratives and commercial logic.
  • Build operating cadences and reporting structures to track partner-sourced pipelines and progress.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives, joint content, and represent the company at key industry events.
  • Codify learnings into reusable GTM assets, including engagement playbooks and use-case briefs.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 8-15+ years of professional experience, ideally with roots in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Proven track record in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Deep AI-native intuition, including understanding of GPUs, inference, and AI workloads.
  • Experience building or managing technology partnerships or channel-adjacent ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence for engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and studio executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within or selling to the M&E ecosystem (VFX, advertising, AI-native production).
  • Background in AI, cloud platforms, or GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Prior experience in a sales overlay, vertical GTM, or domain specialist role within a cloud company.
