What you will do

• Own the full video production lifecycle from brief intake and concept development through shoot execution and final delivery.
• Direct and shoot on-location content, managing camera operation, lighting, audio, and talent direction.
• Design and implement AI-powered production infrastructure using tools like Descript, Runway, and Sora to scale output without increasing headcount.
• Edit polished brand films, product videos, customer stories, and paid social ads using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Manage and mentor the motion designer and coordinate with freelance editors or production agencies.
• Collaborate with Brand Studio and Marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into emotionally resonant video content.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience in video production with a portfolio demonstrating full ownership from concept to delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Sora, or similar).
• Proven camera operation skills and a solid foundation in motion design (After Effects).
• Experience managing at least one direct report or creative specialist.
• Willingness to travel for shoots (estimated 15–20%).
