What you will do

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult platforms focused on user acquisition and engagement.
• Lead the full post-production process, including editing, motion graphics, and color grading.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards based on performance data.
• Integrate generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway into the creative workflow.
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices.
• Iterate rapidly on creative assets based on advertising KPIs such as CTR and ROAS.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing for paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools in a professional editing workflow.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound design for performance-driven creative.
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Comfortable building products and content based on NSFW/uncensored models.
