What you will do

• Edit and deliver high-performing videos across platforms like Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Test creative hypotheses through video variations and understand what drives results.
• Create custom templates, motion systems, and repeatable frameworks to streamline video production.
• Design and prototype tools that simplify or speed up video production, including AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee the use of AI-generated video, ensuring quality and creative intent are maintained.
• Adapt creative across brand awareness and acquisition campaigns in partnership with growth marketing and brand teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience editing for performance marketing, paid social, or brand-driven campaigns.
• Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio of short-form video work.
• Experience building editing templates, design systems, or team tooling.
• Comfort working with AI video platforms or generative design tools.
• Proven ability to lead complex video projects from strategy to execution with multiple collaborators.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Figma, Descript, Runway, or other motion/audio tooling.
