What you will do

• Produce end-to-end AI-generated short-form videos from creative briefs, managing the entire production pipeline.
• Direct visual elements including composition, lighting, colour, and pacing through advanced prompting.
• Build and maintain a shareable library of prompt techniques and workflows to raise the bar for AI video craft.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand, safety, and quality standards, flagging risks related to bias or copyright.
• Provide structured technical feedback on AI video models to improve quality governance and tool performance.
• Monitor the fast-moving AI video landscape (Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika) to implement the best techniques into workflows.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in visual storytelling, composition, lighting, colour, and motion.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Pika, or Sora.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and a rapid iteration loop demonstrated via a portfolio.
• Ability to independently manage high volumes of creative content under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative judgement to determine when AI-generated results meet quality standards.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience creating social-first video for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Python or specialized prompt tooling.
