What you will do

• Produce, shoot, and edit two flagship weekly YouTube shows.
• Develop and manage a short-form derivative pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create supporting video content including webinars, virtual events, and executive thought leadership.
• Establish and document production workflows, asset management systems, and AI-accelerated editing pipelines.
• Direct on-camera talent to ensure compelling performances and high-quality delivery.
• Manage pre-production logistics, including shot lists, guest prep, and equipment.

Requirements

• Hands-on YouTube experience is non-negotiable (proven track record of producing content that earned a real audience).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in video or content production.
• Fluency in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience producing recurring video formats on a consistent weekly cadence.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for transcription, clipping, scripting, and thumbnail generation.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong YouTube editorial judgment and contemporary taste.
