Project Coordinator Intern (Project Management): Providing operational and administrative support for the delivery of large enterprise telecommunications accounts with an accent on action tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Focus on maintaining project schedules, producing status reports, and ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams and clients.
Location: Hybrid (London). Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week
Salary: Β£25,000 per annum (pro rata)

What you will do
- Track actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for MTN Nigeria and South Africa accounts.
- Gather data and produce weekly and monthly status reports and delivery dashboards.
- Manage routine client communications and coordinate information requests with customer stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture meeting minutes.
- Maintain project repositories, documentation, and governance records.
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of actions.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Based in London for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days per week).
- Ability to work independently and follow through on actions.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting projects, PMOs, or customer-facing operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience creating management summaries and dashboards.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or the telecommunications industry.
