What you will do

• Manage content and brochure publications for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure all published online content meets high-quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with customers via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Campaign, Sales, Product, and IT teams.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, workflows, and documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent French skills (C2 level) with perfect spelling.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be planning to live in Berlin long-term.
• Experience using MS Office and CMS.
• Service-oriented mindset and comfort with phone and email communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Salesforce.
• Previous experience in a similar operational role.
