Sr Renewals Specialist (Legaltech)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus 20% variable bonus

What you will do

• Protect recurring revenue streams and grow annual revenue for subscription-based products and services.
• Manage a large annual B2B renewal portfolio focusing on accurate and timely renewals.
• Utilize CRM tools to build quotes, reprice, upsell/cross-sell, and generate leads.
• Apply and explain accurate forecasting protocols for the assigned portfolio to management and executives.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, and contract terms to ensure trustworthiness and loyalty.
• Partner with internal departments to achieve desired outcomes while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in software technology, B2B enterprise account management, customer success, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred (Associate degree or 8+ years of relevant experience accepted).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas.
• Mastery of CRM tools and experience interpreting B2B SaaS software contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to customers and executives.
