What you will do

• Lead advanced BIM execution, directing modeling strategy and resolving complex coordination challenges.
• Manage model setup, health, and documentation quality for multi-discipline projects.
• Refine BIM standards, templates, and production methodologies through GitHub Pull Requests.
• Support coordination cycles and clash detection workflows to identify risks early.
• Coach and mentor Designers and Senior BIM Specialists I in Revit and modeling strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into coordinated, constructible documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of AEC industry experience with expert-level proficiency in Revit.
• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor visas.
• Proven ability to lead production for complex, multi-discipline projects.
