What you will do

• Design enterprise Data & AI strategies to drive business growth
• Translate complex business needs into clear, value-driven AI solutions
• Advise C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI
• Own the product vision for AI, aligning business and technical teams
• Build execution roadmaps and oversee projects to hit business targets
• Oversee the rollout and integration of AI tools within client organizations

Requirements

• 4–5 years of management consulting experience (Big Four or similar)
• Strong understanding of the Data & Generative AI landscape
• Proven experience advising C-level executives and managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Hungarian

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools
• Knowledge of data/AI governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience delivering complex enterprise IT system implementations
