What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, managing strategy, P&L, and operating cadence to ensure profitable growth.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory services to engage customers earlier in the lifecycle and shape solution direction.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to build pipeline and increase service attach rates.
• Lead a distributed organization of over 150 professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
• Optimize the operating model across local delivery, partners, and global delivery centers to improve productivity.
• Represent the organization as a senior executive in key customer and partner engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Managed Services within enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a services P&L, including bookings, revenue, and margin management.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building fee-based advisory offerings.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Strong operational discipline in forecasting, governance, and delivery quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
