What you will do

• Lead implementation and execution phases of commercial pilot programs to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Ensure all missions comply with DOT, FMCSA, and state-specific autonomous vehicle regulations.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for freight disruptions and operational exceptions.
• Oversee day-to-day freight movement to ensure seamless hub-to-hub operations and SLA adherence.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for pilot customers, providing performance metrics and feedback.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape internal dispatching and freight management software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier operations, or fleet management.
• Deep practical knowledge of FMCSA regulations, HOS exceptions, and DOT safety management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ground-up workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience managing enterprise-level corporate clients.
• Must be a U.S. person or citizen due to national security and export control regulations.
