What you will do

• Manage order schedules from placement to shipment, ensuring alignment with production and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to balance capacity and lead times using data insights.
• Process order changes and configurations while minimizing production disruptions.
• Monitor order status via dashboards to identify and resolve delays or credit holds.
• Communicate timelines and priorities clearly to internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage data analysis and AI tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Greenville, NC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics platforms like Power BI or Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
