Salary: $300,000–$330,000 (base only, excludes equity and benefits)

• Diagnose and resolve ambiguous, cross-stack technical problems across client and server systems.
• Work fluently across iOS, Android, Go, and Scala platforms to unblock high-priority product initiatives.
• Drive measurable impact on critical bets in organic growth and subscriber value.
• Act as a trusted agent of change across teams and business areas.
• Partner with leadership and senior individual contributors to identify and proactively address recurring product and technical opportunities.
• Set technical direction and lead high-risk work efforts.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in San Francisco office more than half the time (hybrid model).
• Proven experience in full-stack engineering with ability to operate across unfamiliar systems.
• Track record of resolving unscoped, cross-team technical problems.
• Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority.
• Senior technical judgment and ability to operate well in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating recently acquired or integrated organizations.
• Prior experience in tiger-team, fixer, or SWAT-style roles at scale.
