What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap across retail and digital experiences
• Act as the voice of the user using data and insights to guide decisions
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, features, and priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, and commercial teams
• Lead Agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery
• Evaluate product performance and enhance the user experience

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product ownership or product management in digital environments
• Proven ability to deliver customer-focused, cross-channel experiences
• Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Experience with loyalty, CRM platforms, gaming, or regulated industries is a plus
