Salary: $154,000–$180,000 annually in Los Angeles, CA.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of products, business domains, and workflows.
• Manage products from vision to launch, delivering features iteratively.
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products.
• Act as a leader in cross-functional SAFe Agile Release Trains, taking on Feature Owner and Product Owner roles.
• Design simple and intuitive product experiences with the UX/UI team.
• Create product roadmaps and orchestrate engineering efforts with business leaders and design teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management across all stages of the digital product life cycle.
• 4+ years of experience managing products using Scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe) and operating in Scrum-based Agile teams.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Proficient with Chrome developer tools or similar for testing and troubleshooting.
• Curious, eager to learn new business domains, and experienced in handling sensitive company information.
