What you will do

• Supervise character performers and coordinate daily warm-ups and pre-shift meetings.
• Act as a liaison to leadership, providing updates and creative ideas to enhance guest experiences.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and storage of character costumes to ensure quality and hygiene.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during performances and guest interactions.
• Step into costumed character roles when necessary to maintain performance standards.
• Manage team schedules and coordinate participation in on-property events and gatherings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must be based in Orlando, FL, USA.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including wearing costumes weighing up to 15 lbs.
