What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to company and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including inventory and budget monitoring.
• Act as the primary contact for the school client to implement regular improvements.
• Lead, train, and manage the performance of the onsite team.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets in coordination with the line manager.

Requirements

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Knowledge of statutory Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventories.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Thatcham, UK.
• Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS disclosure.
