Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and compliance needs.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and business teams to deliver enhancements and system integrations.
• Drive prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to maximize business impact.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead change management efforts including system updates and user enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with Legal Technology, Compliance Systems, or Governance Platforms.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ERPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools.
• Knowledge of APIs or scripting (e.g., Python).
• Ability to operate in complex and regulated environments.
