Location: Fully remote (US-based)
Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do
- Own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and compliance needs.
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Partner with engineering, legal, and business teams to deliver enhancements and system integrations.
- Drive prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to maximize business impact.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead change management efforts including system updates and user enablement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with Legal Technology, Compliance Systems, or Governance Platforms.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ERPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools.
- Knowledge of APIs or scripting (e.g., Python).
- Ability to operate in complex and regulated environments.
