Project Commercial Analyst (Hydropower)

What you will do

• Create and maintain project structures (WBS) and master data within SAP and other project tools.
• Prepare and consolidate internal and external project reporting, including dashboards and cost summaries.
• Assist with change management, claim documentation, and cash flow tracking.
• Coordinate milestone invoicing, bonds, letters of credit, and treasury hedging activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using ETL automation and Power BI reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records for timesheets and supplier invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to assess business workflows and identify automation opportunities using ETL processes and Power BI.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Valid legal authorization to work in Canada.
