What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy for mileage accumulation across physical and simulated assets to enable geofence expansion.
• Drive the transition to a simulation-first methodology for scaling simulated mileage and meeting growing data needs.
• Identify and eliminate critical bottlenecks in upstream and downstream data pipelines.
• Partner with executive leadership and program leads to reshape deliverables, timelines, and program scope.
• Investigate root causes of performance plateaus and design creative technical workarounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of TPM experience with a strong background in complex hardware/software integration, system verification and validation (V&V), or safety-critical systems.
• Strong technical mindset with the ability to negotiate aggressively with stakeholders to protect the critical path.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical bottlenecks into data-backed executive narratives.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with autonomous vehicle or simulation platforms, virtual validation strategies, or synthetic data generation.
• Familiarity with optimization frameworks and large-scale data acquisition programs.
