Portfolio Management Analyst II (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States, with 3 days per week in the office; the ideal candidate is local to Dallas, Texas. Additional listed office location: Fort Worth, Texas.

What you will do

• Support intake management for new requests, initiatives, and work efforts; review submissions and maintain portfolio repositories and documentation.
• Assist with portfolio governance meetings, agendas, action tracking, planning, capacity management, demand management, and prioritization.
• Prepare recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, metrics, scorecards, executive presentations, and status updates.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams, tracking updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Improve portfolio processes, reporting, standard operating procedures, efficiency, automation, and consistency.

Requirements

• Knowledge of portfolio management, program management, project management, business analysis, or governance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with the ability to independently manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and executive presentations; ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency with portfolio management and reporting tools.
• 2–5 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, program management, business analysis, governance, operations, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias, and integrate AI into workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation, plus understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront, Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting portfolio governance, prioritization, or demand management activities.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• CAPM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile, or similar certification.
