What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise standards for physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarms.
• Own the entire technology lifecycle from evaluation and implementation through optimization and retirement.
• Lead physical security systems design for office builds, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Manage relationships with external security integrators and vendors to ensure system uptime and service quality.
• Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive reliability, governance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Real Estate, Facilities, HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in physical security systems, security technology, or security operations.
• Deep expertise with physical security platforms such as access control and video surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of system governance, identity/access workflows, and role-based access principles.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Operational mindset with experience building KPI-driven programs.
• Must be eligible for USA employment and benefits.
