What you will do

• Develop and manage Labor & Fire Safety orders and comprehensive HSE policies.
• Organize and control labor protection (LP) and fire safety (FS) activities, identifying measures for improvement.
• Manage physical security infrastructure, including security guards, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with state inspecting bodies and handle internal audits and action plans.
• Conduct staff training, briefings for emergency situations, and oversee medical examinations.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all physical security equipment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Labor & Fire Safety or HSE role.
• Proficient knowledge of the Law "On labor protection" and the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
• Successful track record of managing inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Experience in organizing document management specifically for labor protection and fire safety.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluent English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience working within state fire supervision or fire safety services.
