What you will do

• Configure and support integrations between the platform and client systems.
• Work closely with customers to define integration requirements and analyze technical environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving APIs, webhooks, and data mapping processes.
• Manage customer onboarding and technical implementation activities.
• Document integration processes and explore AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in integrations, technical support, or implementation engineering.
• Proficiency with APIs, REST services, JSON, and various authentication methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical integration issues within SaaS and cloud-based systems.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers or external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with HR tech, fintech, or payroll systems.
• Experience with automation tools and workflow platforms.
