What you will do

• Hire and manage a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects focused on Lakebase.
• Build a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within a rapid-growth team.
• Drive technical adoption and consumption of Lakebase in complex strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product evolution.
• Develop and empower team members to achieve objectives through a team-first approach.
• Promote modern data architectures, operational workloads, and AI-native applications in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of first-line or second-line leadership experience managing teams of 7+ or 20+ individuals.
• Proven success in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales at a reputable company.
• Deep expertise in transactional (OLTP) database technologies, data warehousing, or cloud platforms.
• Track record of driving large consumption and high-growth in strategic accounts ($1M+ ARR).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of handling export-controlled technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
